I co-founded and operated a Senior Move Management company called BrightMove for 5 years, helping senior clients downsize, space plan, and move to independent and assisted living communities. So I understand the unique needs of older clients who have lived in their homes for 40 years.  Working with clients of advanced age requires a special type of patience and willingness to SLOW DOWN, which many Realtors are not accustomed to doing.  Moreover, these clients tend to have extreme emotional attachment to the “stuff” they have accumulated, which greatly increases their stress around moving or downsizing.  I have alot of experience helping clients  and their families navigate this process.

I am an MBA with 20 years in finance and management consulting, which my investor clients love because I get numbers! I am known to geek out on Excel from time to time. I am a real estate investor myself and intend to retire with passive real estate income. The market always has its ups and downs, but if you plan to hold for the long run, you can outperform many other investments.
